Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

Since our utility tool enables instant compilation and delivery of digital data files (Resume PDFs) immediately after a payment transaction hits success, **cancellation of an active service order is not possible** once the digital file generation process is initialized.

Important Notice: As our products are purely digital and delivered instantly via browser renders, we do not support order cancellations or item rollbacks post-payment.

2. Refund Guidelines

All micro-payments made to process the premium layout downloads are final. Refunds are only considered under the following transactional exceptions:

**Double Deductions:** If your banking system charges you twice for the same document due to a network lag, the duplicate amount will be reversed automatically to your original payment source by Razorpay within 5-7 working days.
**Technical Failure:** If your payment is successful but the platform fails to render your document, you can raise a manual credit claim via our support desk.

3. Support Window

For any transaction disputes or queries regarding failed payment clearances, users are requested to contact us with the transactional reference token numbers within 7 days of the billing activity.
